Incorporation

Phase 1: Independent Preparation
Before meeting with GSC consultants, founder independently prepares all required documents.
Phase 3: Legal Processing & Fees
Once the submitted data is verified, GSC consultants start the collaboration process with a partner law firm to initiate incorporation.
Phase 2: Eligibility and Data Intake
Founder submits "Incorporation Questionnaire" and books a 1:1 meeting with GSC consultants.
Phase 4: Finalization
Partner law firm registers the corporate and business with the Supreme Court and National Tax Service, and issues a business certificate.
Estimated Timeline: Most founders complete this 4-phase journey within 6 weeks, provided all documents are prepared in advance and legal administrative fees are paid on time.

A. Unfortunately, GSC does not have the authority to extend visas or issue recommendation letters for visa extension.
Q. Does GSC cover all costs for incorporation?
A. For eligible ventures, GSC covers a portion of attorney fees associated with incorporation; however, founders remain responsible for all administrative and service fees.
Q. Does GSC provide any additional funding?
A. No. GSC does not provide any financial support to meet individual founder's needs.
